do I order WatchLive Pro online?
After
you have decided to purchase, go to the order
page. Choose your billing
frequency to begin the purchase. Follow the screens and enter
the requested information to purchase online. We accept VISA,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards for
online purchases. We also accept PayPal. After your order
completes you will immediately receive an email containing a
link to download your software and instructions for
installation/usage.
What
charge will show on my card?
The charge for any software on our site will appear as "Plimus,
Inc." which is our payment processing provider. This

do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription to stop future billings
anytime. Just open a support ticket and let us know you would

long as you remained subscribed. If you cancel your
subscription and wish to restart it, simply purchase a new

WatchLive Pro work on my Internet connection?
WatchLive Pro works on ANY Internet connection. It doesn't
matter if you have a high-speed connection or a 56k
connection. The activity logs are very small thus they can be
sent in total stealth using virtually any Internet connection.
Which
versions of Windows is WatchLive Pro compatible with?
WatchLive Pro works on any version of Windows including
Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, XP, 2000, 2003, NT and Vista.
WatchLive Pro will NOT monitor a Macintosh. However, you can
monitor a PC through any Mac's browser.
Can
anyone review recorded data besides me?
Our server keeps your files safe and secure. Nobody else can
access your activity or connect to your PC without your secret
password.
Will
users know WatchLive Pro is installed once I install it?
The only way they will know is if you chose the
"Alert User at Startup" option during installation.
If you didn't choose that option then nothing will be
displayed to notify the user. The software is invisible to the
user.
Can
I install WatchLive Pro from a floppy or CD-ROM?
Yes, if you want to install from a floppy or CD, just copy the
installer to a floppy or CD and take it to the computer in
which you need to monitor. Then run the installer from the
floppy or CD to install onto the computer.
How
can I remove WatchLive Pro from my PC?
To stop WatchLive Pro from running on your PC, simply login to
your online control panel. Then select "Uninstall
WatchLive Pro" from the left side menu. The software will
then remove itself the next time it uploads information, which
is usually within minutes.
Why
did my logs stop updating?
The first thing to try is to login to your WatchLive Pro
account, then click the LOGOUT link. This will force your logs
to start uploading again in ten minutes in case you forgot to
click LOGOUT the last time you used the Live Control Panel.
Please remember you should always click the logout link when
you are finished or the logs will pause uploading.
If
you have already done this, and your logs have stopped for
less than 48 hours then its too soon to know whether you need
to re-install. The computer could simply be turned off or not
connected to the internet right now.
If
you can have the remote user reboot the computer this may
help. A reboot will allow the software to upload logs six
minutes after a successful internet connection. All pending
logs will upload at that time and be viewable in your
WatchLive Pro account. If two days pass and no logs are
uploaded then you should reinstall the software.
Why
are only some keystrokes being recorded?
The usual cause of only some keystrokes being recorded is that
non-ASCII characters are being typed. For example accented
characters are not ASCII characters. When non-ASCII characters
are typed the entire entry will not be recorded. We are
working on adding this feature in the next version of
WatchLive Pro. In the meantime you could view most of the
keystrokes in your screenshots logs.
Why
is my username and password not being accepted?
Be sure that you are typing your username and password in
EXACTLY as indicated when you setup your account. Usernames
and passwords are case-sensitive.
How
do I retrieve a lost password?
To retrieve your online control panel password, click the lost
password page to have it sent to your email address. This page
can be found on the Login page.
How
do I change my WatchLive Pro password?
To change your WatchLive Pro password, first login to your
account. Then click the "Change Password" link on
the left side menu. Enter your current password and the new
password twice to confirm.
